Kamagra is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. The drug Kamagra is a citrate salt of sildenafil, a selective cGMP inhibitor of specific phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5).

Overdose
In studies on healthy volunteers with a single dose of Kamagra at doses up to 800 mg, the side effects were similar to those observed when taking sildenafil at lower doses, but their incidence and severity increased. A human platelet study in vitro suggests that sildenafil enhances the antiaggregation effect of sodium nitroprusside (NO donator).
